Si chiama Fitness Boot Camp ed è la più recente tendenza nell’allenamento del fitness: si eseguono gli esercizi dell’addestramento militare. L’idea nasce negli Stati Uniti come disciplina all’aperto e si utilizzano esercizi che fino a oggi erano considerati fuori moda. Ma soprattutto, nel boot camp all’aperto, ci si Smashing by training so hard.
