
Small training groups are the new realities of personal training that allow you to share your workout with your friend, relative or an acquaintance. The Small Group Personal Training not only allows you to train, achieve results and have fun with your friends, but you also save cost.
The duration is always full of 1 hour training session but spending falls to € 25.00 per person in case of a group of 2, € 20.00 per person in case of a group of 3 and € 18 in group 4. Currently available from the following groups of training with different objectives. Choose your own, find one or two people among your acquaintances with the same goal and be ready to have fun with them getting results.
Small Group - Weight Loss:
If your goal is to lose the excess fat hated this is the group for you. A targeted training to burn as many calories with the synergistic action of aerobic-anaerobic.
